1Who we are
Beacon CRE Wire provides commercial real estate transaction intelligence for the New England market, including a same-day "Pro Feed" of recorded deals delivered by email and SMS text message to subscribers.
2Information we collect
- Contact details you provide when you sign up — such as your name, email address, and, if you opt in to text alerts, your mobile phone number.
- Account & subscription data — your subscription tier and status. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card number.
- Usage & device data — basic analytics such as pages viewed, referring links, browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Communications — messages you send us and your delivery/engagement with our emails and texts (e.g., whether a message was delivered or you replied STOP).
3How we use information
- To provide the Services — including delivering deal alerts by email and, where you have opted in, by SMS.
- To create and manage your account and process your subscription and billing.

4SMS / text-message program
If you opt in, Beacon CRE Wire will send you recurring text messages containing commercial real estate deal alerts and related service messages. By providing your mobile number and consenting, you agree to receive these automated texts at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. We share your mobile number only with the messaging providers strictly necessary to deliver your texts (for example, our SMS carrier and platform), and only for that purpose.
5How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited cases:
